This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User” or “you”) and TackleMyTask (“TMT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the TackleMyTask website, mobile applications, and any related services provided by TackleMyTask (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the Platform.
1. Use of the Platform
1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
1.2. Account Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Services
2.1. Service Listings: TackleMyTask allows users to post, browse, and book task-based services (“Services”). We do not endorse, guarantee, or verify the quality, accuracy, or legality of Services listed on the Platform.
2.2. Service Providers: Service providers are independent contractors and are solely responsible for the Services they offer. TackleMyTask is not a party to any agreements entered into between users and service providers. We do not control the quality, timing, legality, or any other aspect of the Services provided.
3. Payments
3.1. Fees: TackleMyTask may charge fees for certain services, which will be disclosed to you before you incur any charges. Service providers may also set their own fees for Services rendered.
3.2. Payment Processing: Payments for Services booked through the Platform are processed via secure third-party payment processors. TackleMyTask is not responsible for any issues related to payment processing or the actions or omissions of the payment processor.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Ownership: All content and materials on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of TackleMyTask or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
4.2. License: By posting content on the Platform, you grant TackleMyTask a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.
5. Termination
5.1. Termination by TackleMyTask: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability.
5.2. Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Platform.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
6.1. Disclaimer: TackleMyTask provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform.
6.2. Limitation of Liability: TackleMyTask shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. Modifications: TackleMyTask reserves the right to modify or revise this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement on the Platform.
7.2. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By using the TackleMyTask Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
